Even if you know exactly where you want to rent a home, how much you have to spend and what type of house or flat you wish to secure, it can still be helpful to use an agent to identify the exact property that matches your criteria.
With more than 30 years’ experience in lettings, Leaders is expertly placed to match you with your perfect properties.

Saklettings is incredibly experienced and all our branches are staffed by local experts, so you can be sure of receiving the best service when you take a look at our properties to let. We aim to stand apart from our competitors by offering a seamless lettings experience that allows you to easily find your ideal place to live and sign up to a tenancy in a stress-free manner.
We are proud to boast an extensive supply of quality property to let and our home guides and consultants are experts on the local area.
Find a property
Once you have found a property to let which matches your criteria, we will conduct a reference check and contact your guarantors if required. We will then register your deposit in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
On the day you move in, we will provide an inventory and verify the condition of the property. You should check this carefully as soon as you receive it as this helps to protect both you and the landlord over the course of the tenancy.
How can we help?
In addition to offering a thorough service prior to you moving into your new home that adheres to all of the relevant legal requirements, we are dedicated to assisting you throughout your tenancy.
If your landlord has chosen to have Saklettings manage the property and experience a problem – such as a power failure, the breakdown of a property appliance or a security issue – our team will be on hand to help.
Once we are made aware of any issues in a rented home that we manage, one of our team will immediately seek approval from the landlord for the necessary works to be completed.
We are also on hand to assist should you either wish to renew your tenancy or give notice to leave in accordance with your tenancy agreement.
