1. Property Search

We recently redesigned our website to make it easy for you to find your perfect home. Simply search by area, bedrooms, cost or keyword. If you’re unable to find a home that matches your criteria, then head into a branch and one of our property experts will be on hand to help.

2. Viewings

Property viewings can be arranged at a time that suits you and we’ll look to group more than one viewing at a time for maximum convenience. Viewings provide you with a great opportunity to explore the property and ask any questions that come to mind. On finding your perfect property, we’ll take you back to the branch to complete the paperwork.

3. Letting the property

The application process is simple and our experienced lettings team will be on hand to assist every step of the way. We will provide you with the terms & conditions of your tenancy, and recommend you take the time to fully understand it. The details of a guarantor and/or reference may be required, so please bear this in mind.

Day to day running of the property and small repairs are the responsibility of the tenant, however, we’re aware there will be times you require a maintenance professional.

For existing tenants, please call the maintenance manager to report your maintenance issue. If it is an emergency, our team will work hard to get someone to you as quickly as possible. We look to resolve all non-emergency maintenance issues within 10 days.

Once your job is reported, our expert maintenance team will liaise with our contractors as well as your landlord to get the job actioned as quickly as possible, keeping you updated throughout the process.
